Plan Manager
Tribal Nations Health designs and administers your health plan acting as the plan manager, fiduciary and guardian of the plan, maintaining fidelity to Tribal priorities, and keeping operations compliant and sound.
Trustee
(Independent Authorization): A Trustee, selected with your Tribe, authorizes all disbursements. No payment moves without Tribal approval.
Trust Bank
The plan sponsor, or Tribe, makes all benefits related payments, claims funding and otherwise, fees, etc., directly into a trust bank account. The trustee pays all vendors and expenses as agreed upon by the Tribe.
Market Advisor/Fiduciary
Our sister company, Arrow Benefits Brokerage, shops the market, vets vendors, negotiates contracts, and safeguards 100% of plan dollars.
