Return Multiverse is a privately held family of enterprises built around a question that becomes more important as the world moves faster: What is worth carrying forward? We live at a remarkable moment of human capability. Science, medicine, technology, artificial intelligence and enterprise can improve life in extraordinary ways. But capability is not wisdom, and progress is not purpose. Human and spiritual values—faith, family, community, sovereignty, stewardship, health, meaningful work, craftsmanship, relationship to place and responsibility to generations yet unborn—must remain greater than the tools we create. Return is not an argument for going backward. It is an argument for discernment: preserving what has proven worthy, questioning what has not, embracing grounded and vetted innovation, and building forward without forgetting what makes a human life worth living.
Our work in Indian Country has profoundly shaped this philosophy. Walking in Two Worlds™ comes from Indian Country, where the idea speaks to the experience of participating in contemporary society while remaining connected to culture, community, inherited knowledge and identity. Return acknowledges that origin and does not claim it as its own invention. But the question it raises has increasingly broad relevance. Across the world, people are negotiating inheritance and innovation, nature and technology, local identity and global culture, spiritual life and material progress, human judgment and artificial intelligence. Return Multiverse is the place where we explore that tension through enterprise. Each company approaches it differently, but all return to the same test: What serves human life, what deserves our trust, and what is worth carrying forward?

This philosophy was born within Tribal Nations Health (TNH), a Native-led healthcare company dedicated to restoring Healthcare Sovereignty, Ancestral Wellness, and Living Traditions to Indian Country. We are the guardian and fiduciary steward of trust-first healthcare systems, restoring transparency, accountability, and health sovereignty for Tribal Nations.
Walking in Two Worlds™ comes out of Indian Country. What makes it potentially powerful for Return is that the underlying human problem it describes has close relatives across Indigenous cultures globally—and, carefully extended, across modern human life more broadly. Tribal Nations Health’s signature program — the Walking in Two Worlds Health and Wellness Plan — bridges ceremony and science, Western medicine and ancestral practice. Helping us all look back to the traditions that molded us.

The wagon wheel speaks to the American West—and to movement, exploration, innovation and the determination to build what comes next.

FOUNDER’S STORY
Two Worlds. One Path
James Jordan
James F. Jordan | Founder, Return Multiverse
James Jordan traces his family story to Jamestown in 1610, where his ancestor Samuel Jordan lived in the same early Virginia settlement as John Rolfe and Pocahontas. That meeting of peoples, ambitions, and ways of life helped shape America. Four centuries later, it also gives James a reason to ask what we have carried forward—and what we owe one another now.
For more than 75 years, his family carried a commitment to faith and service through Church in the Home, the Fred Jordan Missions broadcast that reached millions around the world. James took a different route into that work. His career led from risk management on Wall Street to the business of health care, where he saw how opaque systems could fail the people they were meant to serve.
He founded Archer Jordan Health and Tribal Nations Health to bring stronger governance, transparency, and accountability to health plans. His work with sovereign Nations has shaped his understanding of stewardship and self-determination. Tribal Nations Health remains its own focused enterprise, where Mo Brings Plenty is James’s partner. Mo also participates in the RETURN podcast.
Return Multiverse is James’s broader vision. Through its enterprises and storytelling, he is exploring how people can embrace useful innovation while holding fast to faith, family, community, craft, and responsibility to future generations. With RETURN, James returns to a calling that runs through his family history: using stories and service to connect people, illuminate difficult questions, and help carry forward what endures.
